Utah Championship tickets on sale June 25
FARMINGTON, Utah — Utah Championship, hosted by Utah Sports Commission, is back August 1-4 at Oakridge Country Club with Intermountain Health making its debut as a co-presenting sponsor alongside Zions Bank. Now entering its 33rd year, the tickets for one of the longest-running stops on the Korn Ferry Tour will go on sale next Tuesday, June 25.
Last year, Roger Sloan snapped his winless drought of nine years to become the 2023 Utah Champion. A few months later, Sloan parlayed that victory to earn his PGA TOUR card. Korn Ferry Tour is the path to the PGA TOUR and “It all starts here.”
“Utah Championship is a mainstay in The State of Sport and its growing golfing community,” said Utah Sports Commission President & CEO Jeff Robbins. “So many of our local athletes got their start right here in our state and have advanced to the big stage. From the six-time PGA TOUR winner Tony Finau to the 2024 rookie with a recent T4 finish Patrick Fishburn, it really does all start here.”
Since 2018, the tournament has partnered with Tony Finau and Tony Finau Foundation in providing resources to develop Utah’s young, talented golfers. Approximately $500,000 has been donated to the Foundation’s mentoring program, assisting elite Utah golfers like Patrick Fishburn, Peter Kuest, Blake Tomlinson, and Connor Howe.
Utah Championship will be broadcast live, side by side with Paris 2024 Olympics, on the Golf Channel.
Tickets
Fans can buy daily grounds, weekly grounds or VIP tickets in-advance online or on-site during tournament week. The launch of Fan Deck at the 14th green was a hit among spectators so the tournament is bringing it back—with an expanded footprint.
Davis County residents and their families can receive free grounds tickets with a valid ID; no purchase necessary.
